What is my Employee Number?
Your Employee Number is your 6 digit employee number.

For DuPont - Thetford employees, your employee number must be six digits to use the site. If your current employee number is not 6-digits, please use the instructions below:
The first number will always be 5.
The second number will always be a 0.
The last number, will always be 0.
For example:
5 0 ? ? ? 0
If your current employee number is 4 digits (0999), then your six digit employee number would be 509990.
If your current employee number is 3 digits (888), then your six digit employee number would be 508880.
If your current employee number is 2 digits (88), then your six digit employee number would be 500880.

For DuPont - Pioneer employees, your employee number must be six digits to use the site. If your current employee number is not 6-digits, please use the instructions below
The first number will always be a 0.
For example:
0 ? ? ? ? ?
If your current employee number is 4 digits (9999), then your six digit employee number would be 009999.
If your current employee number is 3 digits (888), then your six digit employee number would be 000888.
If your current employee number is 2 digits (77), then your six digit employee number would be 000077.

What is my initial password?
The first time you log in, your temporary initial password is your birth date in (YYYYMMDD) format, followed by the last three digits of your Employee Number.

For example, if your birthday is March 12, 1970, and your Employee Number is 123456, your initial password will be 19700312456.

The site will automatically prompt you to change your password and choose your challenge questions the first time you log in.

How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, you can answer your challenge questions and your initial password (as described under "What is my initial password") will be restored.

If you try to log in with the wrong password 3 times in a row, your account will be locked. To unlock it, successfully answer your challenge questions or call your plan administrator and they will unlock it for you.
